Stock Availability
We try to keep everything in stock, however this isn't always possible. If an item is out of stock, we will email you within 2 working days of placing your order. Please email mobcap@rocketmail.com or telephone us on +44 (0) 7525 729568 to check stock availability if delivery of your order is urgent.
Delivery Time
Our aim is for you to receive your purchase just as soon as possible, and we will do our best to deliver it to you within 2 days. However, you should allow up to 5 days, especially at busy times. Please email mobcap@rocketmail.com or telephone +44 (0) 7525 729568. if your order is very urgent.
Delivery Costs
The delivery cost for each item has been calculated according to weight, and this amount will be shown when you reach the checkout. We normally use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, so a signature will be required on delivery. To avoid delay, please give a delivery address where this will be possible.
Returns
We hope you that will be delighted with your purchase from Mob-Cap Clothing. However we can offer exchange on incorrect size, all post costs are not the responsibility of Mob-Cap Clothing. All items are hand packed and sealed and our quality control is very high. Should an item be recieved by yourself which is faulty a full exchange will be issued with postage paid by Mob-Cap Clothing.
Items should be returned within 1 week if you would like an exchange.. The items need to be in perfect condition and in their undamaged, original packaging. We cannot exchange anything that has been personalised. Return postage, packing insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit.
